COLOUR VARIATIONS:
Please note: Although I endeavour to represent works as accurately as possible, the colour of the artworks may differ slightly from the appearance on your screen, due to varying monitor settings.
SHIPPING:
I ship with Australian Post, or DHL for Large-Extra Large ready-to-hang artworks.
Shipping Times:
If you require expedited shipping please Contact Me prior purchase, and I will be happy to assist where I can.
Domestic:
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your package to be sent.
Once shipped, your parcel should arrive within 10 business days, however please be aware that this is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
International:
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your package to be sent.
Once shipped, your parcel should arrive within 25 business days, however please be aware that this is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated by size & weight, and includes insurance
Signature on delivery is required.
If you are purchasing multiple different sized works, please Contact Me prior purchase, as shipping costs may decrease.
International shipping - Additional Duties and Taxes:
For any delivery outside of Australia, your order may be subject to import tariffs, duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the artworks are destined. Clara Levi Studio will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
Shipping Options:
Panels:
Panels will be shipped securely wrapped and in a flat box with protective material.
Canvas - Stretched/Ready-to-Hang VS Unstretched:
All stretched canvases are available to ship ready-to-hang or unstretched, even if you don’t see this option at checkout.
Stretched and Ready-to-Hang:
Canvas is stretched, and will have wire attached for hanging.
In the case that you would like to frame the artwork, or do not require a wire to be attached for other reasons, please Contact Me to let me know, directly after purchase.
If you would like a small-medium sized canvas to be shipped unstretched, please Contact Me prior to purchase and I will contact you regarding updated shipping costs.
Unstretched canvas:
Larger artworks are generally shipped as unstretched canvas, which are safely rolled in a shipping tube with protective material.
Costs for shipping larger artworks stretched and ready-to-hang are much more expensive, therefore you will not see this option at checkout. However, if you require a larger piece to be shipped stretched and ready-to-hang, please Contact Me and I will be happy to give you a quote on shipping.
Your local framer will usually offer canvas stretching. However, if you can not find one for any reason, I will be happy to assist in finding a local professional who can help with this.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
All returns and refunds are managed in alignment with the legislation set out by the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission).
Any items purchased from Clara Levi Studio will not be refunded or returned in the case of change of mind.
Should an item arrive damaged the item is to be returned to Clara Levi Studio and a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs, provided photographic evidence is supplied, within 14 days of delivery.
Damage does not include imperfections that can be expected from the creation of an artwork.
