Varnished for protection.

Box-framed in Victorian ash.

Depth of 1.2” / 3cm inc. frame.

Hand-signed by the artist on the reverse, and includes a certificate of authenticity.

Inside a small pottery store in the heart of Seville, Spain. When I look at this piece I can feel exactly how smooth the clay felt under my hands. The dry, brushy texture is not only an ode to this beautiful hand made work of the locals, but also to the arid landscape I got to see as I travelled along the south of Spain in the summertime.
